Garage doors revealed! Pickle tank stave Redwood and Walnut. We laid the door panels out in the shop and applied the wood and glass.

Before and after. These solid Southern Long-leaf Yellow Pine timbers were columns in a post & beam warehouse. 1 inch dia. holes drilled through the long way control cracking and warping. The columns will be oiled for a very deep old look.

Canisius puts the finishing touches on the solid wood columns. A lot of hand scraping went into cleaning these beauties! Can you say "Sore hands and shoulders!"

Nathen and AAron apply loft ceiling. The naily edge boards, re-sawn from loblolly pine beams, were too wonky to use full length, so we cut them shorter and made a pattern, Nathen's idea. We used the original board edges to maintain some of the darker edge patina color.
